Job Description

A visionary and strategic Human Resources leader with extensive experience in the services industry. Demonstrates a proven track record of driving HR transformation, fostering a high-performance culture, and championing diversity and inclusion. Adept at aligning HR strategies with business objectives to achieve organizational excellence. Recognized for expertise in Rewards Management, HR Policies, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Talent Management.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management systems to drive employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocation effectively.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR matters.
