This position will lead the overall technology road map globally across 15 different markets. This leader will form part of the senior leadership team taking overall ownership of the IT strategy, transformation program and build a robust and future proof technology landscape.

Our client is a global Real Estate player with a over USD$80Billion in managed assets. They are continuing to grow globally but with the increased presence in APAC, they will look to build a strong leadership team including having the CIO based here.

Job Description

  • Design, Implement and drive the IT strategy and its alignment to the overall business strategy across different regions and keep the Group competitive
  • Design and develop a robust IT infrastructure to promote quality service delivery
  • Lead and drive business-wide digital transformation to create value and address the needs of the company, its people and clients
  • Build a strong culture of innovation and make sure the future road-map for the business increases its competitive position in the market



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 15 year's experience with at least 10 years in leadership role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other relevant field
  • Strong in people and stakeholder management
  • In-depth knowledge of data administration and management processes
  • Highly analytical with superb problem-solving skills
  • Savvy with technology trends and embraces innovation
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
