Job Description

  • Develop our growth and marketing strategy and lead the execution across our brand portfolio (Home & Living, Beauty & Personal Care, Mother & Baby)
  • Assume full commercial P&L responsibilities, including managing the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Work closely with the brand management and operations teams on all aspects related to driving revenue growth and reducing overall cost
  • Hire and build a highly passionate and self-driven team to grow our brand portfolio globally sustainably and profitably
  • Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns against goals (e.g., ROI, KPI's) and adjust strategy to hit targets
  • Provide ongoing reporting to the broader management team and investors and develop actionable insights to improve future performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Visionary e-commerce sales / marketing leader with a can-do attitude; not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and hands-on in nature
  • Leadership experience in a D2C growth / marketing function
  • Proven track record across all disciplines of marketing (content, media buying, branding, social media, communications, public relations, business development, product), and has a ROI-driven approach to marketing and strong attention to detail
  • Prior P&L experience managing multi-million-dollar budget, and setting and achieving targets
  • Prior success in launching and growing a brand or group of brands in a new market
  • Experience working with and building consensus across cross-departmental teams and culture
