Operational LeadershipLead and optimize all manufacturing and operational activities across multiple production sites.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.Ensure operational scalability to support business expansion both locally and regionally.Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor plant efficiency, capacity utilization, and output quality.2. Supply Chain ManagementOversee end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, planning, warehousing, and distribution.Strengthen demand planning and S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.Build a resilient and agile supply chain to mitigate risks such as raw material volatility and logistics disruptions.Optimize logistics network, including transportation and last-mile delivery strategies.3. Strategic TransformationLead digital transformation initiatives across operations and supply chain, including automation, data analytics, and ERP enhancements.Identify and execute cost optimization programs while maintaining product quality and service levels.Support M&A integration, new product launches, and market expansion from an operational standpoint.Drive sustainability initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain, including waste reduction and energy efficiency.4. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with commercial, finance, and R&D teams to align supply capabilities with market demand.Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on operational risks, investments, and long-term planning.Ensure alignment between operational execution and overall business strategy.5.
