Job Description

  • Lead and scale demand-side operations across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations for a US-listed FinTech platform. Reporting to the CEO, you'll drive user growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation across multiple markets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Marketing, Product and Customer Experience.
  • Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across credit cards, loans, insurance, and wealth products
  • Accelerate mobile app growth through product-led strategies
  • Architect and scale membership and loyalty programs
  • Develop and execute growth strategies with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
  • Build strategic partnerships to unlock new distribution channels
  • Champion operational excellence and scalable, data-driven processes
  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and outcome-based delivery
  • Partner with the CEO on business strategy and cross-functional alignment



The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of leadership experience in scaling digital consumer platforms (FinTech, marketplaces, or app-first ecosystems preferred)
  • Proven track record managing large cross-functional teams across multiple markets
  • Strong expertise in user growth, product strategy, and customer lifecycle management
  • Highly data-literate with experience in experimentation frameworks and analytics
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, plus English
  • Based in Hong Kong or willing to relocate
