Job Description



  • Develop and execute company strategic plans, manage all activities related to company operation and be responsible for operational results. Which includes but not limited to managing and coordinating manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and personnel, optimising costs, improving performance, and controlling operational risks.


  • Responsible for supporting the global business development, managing three factories worldwide (Poland, Mexico, China) and overall supply chain management.
  • Continuously execute company core value and business vision.
  • Continuously improve company's manufacturing and supply chain system.
  • Hiring and development company's management team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficient experience in large chemical industry with oversea working experience.
  • Proficient in manufacturing and supply chain operation management.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking.
  • Passionate with sense of social responsibility.
