Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Define and enforce service and operational standards, ensuring compliance with safety, cleanliness, and brand guidelines.
  • Supervise and support General Managers (GMs) and Hotel Managers, ensuring all properties operate effectively and consistently meet performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve hotel operations, implementing best practices to optimize guest experience and financial performance.
  • Oversee property maintenance, security, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align operational goals with business growth objectives.
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and guest engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a COO in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in Thai and English are required.
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills.
  • Proven ability to optimize hotel operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
