Job Description

  • Oversee mall operations, including facility management, security, maintenance, and customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, foot traffic, and overall business performance.
  • Work closely with the leasing and marketing teams to maintain an attractive tenant mix and drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Optimize cost management and operational budgets to improve profitability.
  • Oversee digital transformation and innovation to enhance the shopping mall's competitiveness.
  • Strengthen relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and government authorities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to adapt strategies proactively.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a COO in a shopping mall, retail, or commercial real estate sector.
  • Fluency in local language is required.
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills.
  • Proven ability to optimize mall operations, tenant relations, and customer experience.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic decision-making abilities.
