Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsDevelop and execute HR strategies that support the company's business objectivesA worldwide provider of comprehensive services and sustainable solutionsAbout Our ClientOur client is a global provider of integrated services and sustainable solutions, operating across various sectors and environments, including some of the world's most remote and challenging locations.Job DescriptionThe Chief People Officer will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition / development, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and compliance.Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.Lead HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention.Advise senior management on human capital trends and workforce planning.Talent Acquisition & ManagementOversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract top talent.Design succession planning strategies to develop future leaders.Implement performance management systems to drive employee development and productivity.Employee Relations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.Compensation & BenefitsDesign and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure fair pay practices.Negotiate with insurance providers and vendors to optimize employee benefits.Training & DevelopmentImplement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.Foster a culture of continuous improvement through leadership training.Monitor training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.HR Operations & TechnologyOversee HR systems and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.Ensure accurate and secure HR record-keeping and reporting.Drive digital transformation and process automation in HR operations.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.15+ years of HR experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.Proven track record in strategic HR planning and change management.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience with HR software is preferred.Excellent presentation and communication skills, including technical writing abilities.Solid technology skills, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft office (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR ERP systems.
