About Our Client

Job Description
Working closely with CEO, you will be accountable for the following:
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision with a relentless focus on commercial value
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products, designed to delight customers
- Leadership to create an over-arching product vision that is consistent with our mission and values
- Be able to convert the product vision into reliable product plans and road-maps working in tandem with Engineering
- Directly manage and lead a team of product managers, designers and coordinate internationally and across-functions
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD) designed to meet the business requirements
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly, on budget, on quality and on time, take ownership
- Own the product platform, take responsibility and accountability for the internal and external customer facing experience
- Hire and develop the best to determine your success

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be an existing and successful Head of Product in technology and/or e-commerce companies.
- Proven experience in digital product leadership and management, minimum of 10 years
- Experience in digital product life-cycle management, e-commerce strongly
- Background in software development and digital program management
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean frameworks
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills
