Job Description

  • Drive commercial strategy and execution to achieve aggressive revenue targets
  • Own multi-market P&L management, optimizing profitability and revenue performance
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for scalable growth and market penetration
  • Build and expand strategic B2B partnerships to accelerate revenue growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, technology, and operations teams
  • Identify emerging industry trends and leverage insights for innovation and differentiation
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial team across all markets

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years in senior revenue leadership roles, including 5+ years as GM or Country Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in scaling revenues and managing P&L in fintech or digital industries
  • Expertise in digital partnerships, monetization strategies, and business model innovation
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with KPI and performance framework experience
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-driven, energetic, and resilient, maintaining composure under pressure while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Outstanding communicator, skilled at simplifying complex concepts, crafting compelling narratives, and serving as a credible, influential brand ambassador.
