About Our Client

Job Description
You will be managing:
- Creation of an ambitious sales strategy focusing both on delivering results and customer value
- Centralisation and integration of sales process ( 5 brands, disperse team across Poland, around 200 people)
- Sales activities based on goals, sales results, key KPIs, sales funnel, data on marketing activities and other measures
- Development the product offer, new market segments, new methods and channels of generating leads
- Development of marketing activities aimed at scaling sales
- Creation of pricing policy for services and products offered
- Design and implementation of new sales bonus systems
The Successful Applicant
- Experience on a senior sales position managing teams of 100 +
- Broad experience in personally leading complex negotiations with external partners
- Data driven approach
- Very good understanding of the digital world
- Ability to interact and understand the needs of different client groups
- Successful track-record in leading sales teams to success
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
