Job Description

You will be managing:

  • Creation of an ambitious sales strategy focusing both on delivering results and customer value
  • Centralisation and integration of sales process ( 5 brands, disperse team across Poland, around 200 people)
  • Sales activities based on goals, sales results, key KPIs, sales funnel, data on marketing activities and other measures
  • Development the product offer, new market segments, new methods and channels of generating leads
  • Development of marketing activities aimed at scaling sales
  • Creation of pricing policy for services and products offered
  • Design and implementation of new sales bonus systems

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience on a senior sales position managing teams of 100 +
  • Broad experience in personally leading complex negotiations with external partners
  • Data driven approach
  • Very good understanding of the digital world
  • Ability to interact and understand the needs of different client groups
  • Successful track-record in leading sales teams to success
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Fluency in English and Polish is a must
