Chief Scientific Officer - Antibody Platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of scientific innovation strategy, capability build up and resource allocation and prioritization, go/no-go decisions, and bottleneck resolution for high-value programs to accelerate discovery program progression. Manage the discovery program portfolio including problem solving and troubleshooting per partner's needs.
• Partner with BD to expand and advance global pharma partnerships by showcasing the company's scientific strengths.
• Build scientific reputation through conferences and expert networks to turn visibility into partnerships and opportunities.
• Partner with the leadership team to incubate NewCos by identifying high impact technologies and programs and providing end-to-end scientific support.
• Work closely with CEO on the corporate development strategic goal
