  • Define and execute the company's technology vision and strategy to support business growth and digital transformation.
  • Lead the development of enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity to ensure scalability and business continuity.
  • Oversee software development, product management, and system integration to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering on time and within budget.
  • Build and lead a high-performing technology team, driving innovation and fostering a culture of excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CTO should have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a CTO or similar leadership role.
  • Knowledge of technological trends and developments in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
