Job Description

    • Global Stakeholder Management: Engage with global stakeholders (board, investors, auditors, local regulators) to communicate financial performance, strategy, and risk; build trust and align expectations across regions.​
    • Cost Control: Lead end-to-end cost control for industrial product lines (e.g., raw material, production, supply chain); identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.​



    • Drive Business Change: Proactively initiate and lead financial-driven business change (e.g., digital finance transformation, process optimization, new market expansion support); collaborate with operations, sales, and R&D to align changes with business goals and improve overall performance.​



    • Financial Strategy & Oversight: Develop global finance strategy aligned with industrial business objectives; oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance (SOX, local tax/industrial regulations).

The Successful Applicant

A successful China CFO should have:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA or equivalent certification preferred.​



  • Min. 15 years of finance experience (8+ in leadership roles) within a €5-10B industrial company, with deep knowledge of industrial product business models.​



  • Proven track record in global stakeholder management, cost optimization, and driving business transformation in an industrial context.​



  • Fluent in English and German; strong strategic thinking, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
