Job Description

China Business Restructuring & Growth‌

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing China operations, including sales channels, customer segments, and product portfolio.
  • Design and implement a "restart" plan to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive profitability.
  • Leverage 0-1 online business experience to build and scale digital sales channels (e.g., e-commerce, social media, DTC).



Strategic Lea*dership & Commercial Insight‌

  • Develop and execute a 1-3 year commercial plan for China, aligning with global business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities in China's competitive health supplement landscape.
  • Provide deep commercial insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and partnership decisions.



Team Building & Channel Management‌

  • Assemble, train, and mentor a high-performance sales team with expertise in B2B, B2C, and online sales.
  • Manage and optimize distribution channels, including retail, online, and wholesale partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., distributors, retailers, influencers).



Stakeholder Engagement & Conflict Resolution‌

  • Balance and manage complex relationships among multiple stakeholders (e.g., internal teams, external partners, investors, clients).
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate win-win solutions in high-pressure environments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

The Successful Applicant

  • ‌Education‌: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • ‌Experience‌:
    • 8+ years of sales lea*dership experience in the health, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
    • Proven track record of managing and growing China-based sales teams.
    • ‌0-1 online business experience‌ in China's health supplement or related sectors (e.g., e-commerce, social media marketing).
  • ‌Skills‌:
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin (native) and fluent English
  • ‌Attributes‌:

    • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
