Job Description

  • Head and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to contribute to business growth.
  • Oversee cash flow management and optimise financial performance.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for achieving operational and strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Plant experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and great business acumen.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
