Our client brings an international brand with 40+ skincare and body care products sold globally in 6,500+ department, pharmacy and health stores and online platforms.

Job Description

Strategy & Channel Development

  • Develop and execute online sales strategies across major e-commerce platforms.
  • Explore and implement offline retail strategies within regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage and motivate distribution partners to meet sales targets and deliver excellent consumer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies and global teams on channel-specific communications, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.



Sales & Marketing Execution

  • Work with distribution teams to ensure accurate sales forecasts, smooth product imports, and timely marketing asset updates.
  • Maintain pricing discipline across all channels.
  • Lead marketing plans to enhance brand recognition, consumer engagement, and conversion.
  • Coordinate consistent marketing and education programs across channels to support resellers.



Financial & Operational Management

  • Own local P&L, develop budgets, KPIs, and allocate resources for efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare forecasts and reports to monitor performance and recommend investment shifts.
  • Liaise regularly with head office to align product supply, marketing assets, and stock forecasts.
  • Manage agency deliverables, budgets, and local training programs ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Recruit and lead the local team to execute market strategy.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's or Master's degree.

15+ years in beauty, nutrition, or related sectors; skincare preferred.

Proven experience in both online and offline China retail channels.

Skilled in China market entry/expansion strategies, ideally with niche brands and startup exposure.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Fluent in English and native in Chinese.
