Job Description
- Exceed the Company's ambitious growth plans in terms of both revenue growth and profitability of sales
- Have the skills and experience to drive large scale opportunities in Manufacturing and Digitisation
- Manage implementation of the Sales plan through collaborating with a highly professional, polished and results oriented team
- Develop and initiate strategies that create new business and build key accounts.
- Lead account management and joint business planning with service line
- Drive the daily work of the sales team to ensure that they have the right coaching and support to develop the right sales action to achieve their goals.
- Produce weekly and monthly activity reports
The Successful Applicant
- University graduate or above
- +15 years in sales management of which at least 5 year should be building, managing and driving a sales team in IT service Industry
- Capable of affecting change where required to resolve business bottlenecks with the result in mind & with a high level of persistence to overcome challenges
- Strong internal communications skills and experience in working with other internal departments to deliver a unified message
- Very high personal and professional integrity, including high level of acceptance & credibility with partners and customers
- Good English language skills
