Job Description

  • Maintain organisation's effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies​
  • Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and organisational standards​
  • Managing a team of information technology professionals ​
  • Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Communicating with parties external to the organisation (e.g., customers, vendors, suppliers, etc.)​
  • Directing technological research by studying organisation goals, strategies, practices, and user projects​
  • Completing projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centre​
  • Verifying application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented​
  • Preserving assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
  • Championing continuous improvement efforts

  • Ability to analyse and articulate technical concepts to non-IT business partners in a clear and concise manner
  • Passionate about quality, performance, and reliability
  • Must be able to travel globally regularly
