Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Information Officer will develop the digital strategy and implement plans to drive online customer acquisition, customer conversion and online service delivery. The CIO will also be responsible for the development and delivery of both the technology strategy and change programmes across the group. There will be authority and responsibility for all aspects of IT, including policy formation and application.

Leading a large team, it will be expected that the CIO create a culture of high performance, empowering the team and demonstrating core values at all times.

Through three direct reports, the CIO will ensure that the groups technology security, processes and systems are highly effective at all times.

The Successful Applicant

Experience at CIO level within a volume consumer service organisation is essential. Business integration experience or experience of acquisitions is also required for this position.

We would like to meet candidates who have worked in a high growth environment where the business has reached a large size, or dominant market position.

What's on Offer

A salary of between £150,000 and £170,000. A management bonus of 20% and a significant equity package.

There is the opportunity for hybrid working, with a couple of days a week in the office.
