About Our Client
IT Shared Service Centre present in Portugal.
Reporting to the General Manager and leading an operational team of 150 to 300 people, this Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage its perimeter demands, supervising the team and its needs, also as the clients requests;
- Manage internal staff, training and team care (lead the People Development Responsible);
- Drive technical & commercial studies;
- Establish the budget and strategy for its perimeter according the company's goals;
- Participate in the financial monitoring of clients and provider's profitability;
- Participate in internal committees and annual plans.
The Successful Applicant
- More than 10 years of experience in management of multiple teams (preferred in the IT field);
- Knowledge of IT technologies;
- Knowledge of Bank and/or Insurance sectors;
- Great project management skills and experience;
- Great commercial, problem-solving and results-oriented skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and French (French is not mandatory but at least a medium level is needed).
