About Our Client
Our client is a a specialised ESG consultancy firm with strong reputation globally. With Singapore being the key hub, they are looking to add an experienced climate risk/change subject matter expert to assist clients on ESG journey.
Job Description
Reporting to the Asia Managing Director that oversees multiple business lines, this role will be leading the whole business practice in delivering clients' needs in areas of climate risk - specific to various core industries that tend to have stronger direct impact on climate risk. You will be acting as a trusted advisor on wide range of topics from ocean pollution, rising sea levels, rising temperature etc and the implication to the businesses and what actions the companies should take accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
The be successful, you need to have a solid understanding about climate challenge ideally with environmental/science background. Prior consulting firm experience in other regions will be a plus. Strong understanding about market trends and business practice will be critical. Candidates from in-house sustainability with aspiration to cover broader industry spectrum will also be considered.
