Clinical Development Project/Product Leader - Director

As a Product Leader for Cell Therapy, you will take end-to-end accountability for the strategic and operational delivery of innovative advanced therapy assets, from pre-clinical development to commercial launch.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional asset teams to define and execute the overall development and regulatory strategy across pre-clinical, clinical, CMC, and IP areas.
• Drive project delivery to meet quality, timeline, budget, and resource goals.
• Establish and lead an effective CNPT to enable agile, evidence-based decision-making and portfolio prioritization.
• Collaborate with key functional leaders in Clinical Operations, Clinical Science, Biometrics, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance to ensure optimal project resourcing and execution.
• Ensure robust processes, data, and governance readiness to support strategic investment and portfolio decisions.

• Cultivate strong networks with external experts, collaborators, and organizations to support business and scientific advancement.

Strategic Contribution:

• Serve as the primary liaison to the Global Product Leader and represent the China team within the global projects group.
• Contribute to shaping disease area strategy, driving portfolio value, and supporting the success of broader company programs.
