Job Description

Reporting to the APAC General Manager, you will manage existing lean assets and develop the organization within each country in the cluster. You will be responsible for developing local strategies and get involved in on-ground efforts to drive the business to be the leading prestige skincare brand in the region.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
  • Team Management: Build, lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Sales and Marketing: Oversee local sales and marketing initiatives, including omnichannel strategies, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Relationships: Cultivate relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the luxury segment, ideally in skincare but open to other luxury/prestige products.
  • Track record of successful leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build teams from lean setups.
  • Independent and autonomous, with an ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Operated omnichannel strategies from traditional retail, experience centres and ecommerce stores across B2B and B2C models.
  • Deep understanding of the local market and consumer behaviour.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and profitability in a competitive market.
