Our client is one of the leading players in the automotive industry globally.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement cluster sales strategy across SEA including price grids, analysis of customer buying behaviour, market analysis and trends, market/customer segmentation
  • Actively track sales funnel and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvements in sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary
  • Coach & support sales teams of importers and distributors
  • Track and forecast market share, order backlog, sales volumes, monitor margin development and stock levels
  • Develop and implement integrated tactical measures together with the importer (i.e., sales campaigns, marketing campaigns, demo programmes)
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and complaint resolution

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in auto parts or equipment, preferably in commercial vehicles/automotive/ capital equipment industry
  • Strategy development and project management
  • Excellent Commercial & business management knowledge and network within the relevant industry
  • Good stakeholder management and an ability to manage vertical and horizontal relationships
  • High customer orientation and intercultural competence
