Job Description
As a Colleague Experience Director you will work in partnership with Business MDs and HR Partners and proactively identify opportunities to engage employees and improve the experience and productivity of colleagues.
You will be required to embed the improvement of Colleague Experience as a core part of business unit's People Plans and support leaders in creating the right environment for colleagues to perform at their very best.
You will:
- Partner with HR Partners and business leaders to proactively strengthen Colleague Experience in support of the People Plan
- Develop a meaningful communication and engagement narrative and ensure the effective delivery of associated communication campaigns
- Through data and insight, diagnose strengths and opportunities across the colleague experience in order to prioritise initiatives that will have the most impact on colleague's ability to deliver on in-year commercial plan and longer-term transformational objectives
- Lead a team of Colleague Experience and Communication and Engagement Managers who work with managers and colleagues to identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve the way the business communicates to, engages with and enables colleagues to perform in their roles.
- Support the delivery of critical change programmes that impact and/or improve the experience, engagement and productivity of colleagues.
The Successful Applicant
Our client is looking for a Colleague Experience Director.
Either you are currently working as a Colleague Experience Director or you will be working in a similar role such as Employee Engagement or Talent.
It is important that you have experience of:
- Partnering with business leadership teams at the most senior level with experience of shaping customer or colleague experience and/or internal/external communications
- Experience in delivering complex change and implementing solutions that are 'colleague first'
- Experience and knowledge of organisational development and business/organisational psychology
- Analytics and reporting; ability to use data and insight to effectively influence and drive decision making.

Our client is based in Berkshire ( Reading / Slough ) and if offering hybrid working.
Our client is offering a salary of between £100,000 and £130,000
