Job Description

The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in driving the company's commercial strategy. This senior leadership position involves developing and executing business plans to expand market presence, increase revenue, and strengthen relationships within all channels.

  • Responsible for delivery of Plan financial performance and in-market performance measured by market, share for an Area
  • Achieves annual business Plan targets as set by Area; monitors performance and intervene with actions to realize Plan when necessary
  • Defines the country sales organization structure in line with budgets / targets set by Area
  • Defines standards for skills and competencies required for talent management
  • Provide strategic direction and further sales expansion and margin optimization within market; develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing to achieve highest possible long-term market share
  • Responsible for achieving customer/channel plan and delivering the market approved trade spend
  • Builds strategic relationships with customers, developing local channel stratly that is right for the market; Negotiates contracts based on maximizing business growth at delivering sustainable ROI
  • Continuously strengths the bench by developing individuals and teams, recruiting talent, ensuring Personal Development Plans, removing 'blockers" and exporting talent worldwide
  • Identifies new markets and products to generate revenue within market

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience as Executive Managerial Experience in Sales Department an people management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the capability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • A results-oriented approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong commercial skills, P&L responsible
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Strong bias for action and results delivery, hands-on operator, problem solver
  • Experience in multi-cultural business environment
  • Strong technical skils, analytical thinking, accurate follow-up and planning skills
  • Advanced English communication skills
