Job Description

  • Lead and manage the commercial operations of multiple clinics, ensuring alignment with standards and policies.
  • Monitor key metrics such as patient satisfaction, clinic performance, and financial outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Set performance goals, manage teams, and foster a collaborative, positive working environment.
  • Work closely with the Head of Country and local medical teams to create and execute strategic plans that support the business's growth in the region.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to expand the business, including the addition of new practices.
  • Develop marketing strategies in partnership with the marketing team to drive patient growth and increase market share.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while collaborating with the Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Build strong relationships with local healthcare professionals and support their career development.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in leadership roles within clinic or healthcare management, strategy consulting, or corporate development.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights at an executive level.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage without formal authority.
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Fluent in German (native or similar) with a good command of English.
