Job Description

  • Develop and execute commercial growth strategies that build on current performance and unlock future opportunities.
  • Lead P&L performance for the division, driving competitive, margin-enhancing pricing strategies across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Oversee supplier negotiations and manage relationships with enterprise customers to ensure commercial resilience and value.
  • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to shape and implement pricing strategies, and secure cost-effective supplier agreements.
  • Define and manage commercial KPIs and dashboards, using data and forecasting to identify trading risks and opportunities.
  • Act as a key sponsor for digital transformation initiatives that automate and streamline business support processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to influence strategic direction and decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a strong commercial edge.



The Successful Applicant

Skills, Experience & Expertise

  • Proven experience in commercial leadership, with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth and margin improvement - previous experience of regulated sectors such as insurance, automotive or service operations would be advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategy, supplier negotiations, and customer engagement across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive performance.
  • Experience leading digital transformation or automation initiatives within a commercial function.
  • Comfortable operating at board level and influencing senior stakeholders.
