Job Description

Reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for the following duties but not be limited to:

  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting to support business decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine financial impact of business initiatives.
  • Develop and implement financial models for business forecasting.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on cost reduction and revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision making at the management level.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will be CA/CPA qualified with similar experience as a Senior Finance Business partner, Commercial Finance Manager or a broad commercial role in FP&A. You will have proficient knowledge of financial forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, corporate finance and information analysis. Those with expertise in Retail and or FMCG will be highly regarded. In addition to this you will have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
