Job Description
Compensation and Benefits Manager UK & Europe - FTSE 100
The Compensation and benefits lead is initially an individual contributor role working directly for the CHRO / HRD of OFI and with a dotted line into the European HRD. It's primarily initial focus is to provide regulatory reward advice to the company as it looks to list on the London Stock Exchange in 2022.
You will similarly focus on executive reward / compensation matters for the senior executives of the company and have a focus on Share Scheme design and regulation, Long term Incentive Plan design , bench-marking and grading taking command of the various compensation cycles and broader Reward agenda across the European region.
Depending on the level and experience of the successful candidate there is scope to take on a wider group role as the Global Head of Compensation and benefits for what will be a 20-30,000 headcount company.
- Providing advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines.
- Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent. (including incentive plans, share plans)
- Performing salary reviews based on market and sector specific bench-marking to ensure competitiveness.
- Providing support on offer management as required.
- Overseeing and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits.
- Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and other stakeholder groups.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for analysis and program development as needed at Corporate HR.
The Successful Applicant
Compensation and Benefits Manager UK & Europe - FTSE 100
Experience sought.
- Proficient at numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in HRIS
- Self-Organised
- Good verbal and written communication (proposals, reports etc.)
- 10 years + in the C&B area of a FTSE 100 UK primary listed organisation.
- Familiar with UK governance requirements on compensation.
- Interested and experienced in Share Plans , Long Term Incentive Plans
- University ' post-graduate educated.
- Happy to roll sleeves up and be involved in the detail as well as macro issues.
Candidates must have current right to live and work in the UK.
What's on Offer
Compensation and Benefits Manager UK & Europe - FTSE 100 The compensation on offer will depend upon the experience of the successful candidate but is expected to be within the £90,000 to £130,000 + Benefits range - the role will be based in London - St James's SW1 but allow for hybrid working.
