They are seeking a Compliance Director to oversee and strengthen their compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting business growth.Job DescriptionReporting into the firm's C-suite and ownership structure, the Compliance Director will:Analyze internal business systems, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standardsDevelop, update, and implement company-wide policiesOversee and coordinate work with external compliance consultantsAdvise on and implement procedures for GDPR, CCPA, and other state/country-level privacy regulationsServe as an in-house legal advisor to the customer support team on sensitive communicationsEducate employees on compliance with relevant laws and regulationsManage litigation and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessarySubmit your resume today and it will be be considered swiftly.
