About Our Client

Job Description

Participate with other members of senior management in the development and evaluation of the organization's goals and plans, as well as a wide variety of financially related operating policies.

Establish the organization's budget process, ensuring an acceptable annual operating budget is developed, approved and monitored for adherence to organizational strategy and budgetary discipline.

Manage financially related centralized functions as the group expands. This will include capital budget planning, collections, etc. to support the various hospitals and clinics.

Continually review and appraise changes in the organization's short and long-term goals and objectives; quantify financial resources necessary support such changes.

Assist senior management on business plan development, information systems and clinical program development.

Plan, develop and direct the revenue cycle operations staff including revenue cycle, admitting and registration, medical records, contracting/payer relations, and other areas as assigned.

Assure that all new business relationships are developed in the context of a complete financial analysis.

The Successful Applicant

Solid experience in auditing firm is preferred.

Establish the organization's budget process, ensuring an acceptable annual operating budget is developed, approved and monitored for adherence to organizational strategy and budgetary discipline.

Fluent English.

Knowledge of current trends and developments in health care finance.
