About Our Client
My client is a well established company with over 50 years of experience in the CPG industry. Their wide product portfolio make them one of the top companies in the Food industry.
- Design and perform process development and process characterization studies, generate technical reports supported by statistical analysis of results and lead implementation of process improvements
Work in conjunction with the Manufacturing Manager, Plant Managers and Unit Managers to find areas of improvement in terms of processes and operations
Actively contribute with the region's consulting process in terms of, but not limited to, the Design, Implementation, Audit, and Continuous Improvement of all processes and specifications according to the territory's particular operational needs
Ensure the continuous process improvement of the territory (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Root Cause Analysis, VSM...)
- Ensure successful manufacturing production runs by assessing risk, setting preventative measures in place, investigating, and troubleshooting equipment and process issues
Apply the processes, documentation, and process and operational norms defined in Mexico, and adapt them to the territory's particular needs
Register and consolidate all normative documentation generated in the region
Be the agent of change for the region's continuous process improvement
Define and follow-up the consulting project plan for the territory
- Control the quality of all documentation generated in each territory
The Successful Applicant
5-8 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement role
Management experience will be a plus.
Technical Degree will be a plus.
The candidate needs to be engaging and team work oriented to lead different project across Southern California.
