Job Description

1.Develop operational and long-term functional strategies to support business objectives.

2.Cooperate closely with the VN Leadership Team to identify required support and develop solutions or interventions collaboratively.

3.Deliver high-quality services to internal and external customers in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

4.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

5.Ensure that Vietnam business complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by staying abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary policies and procedures promoting ethical conduct, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

6.Involved in developing comprehensive project plans and identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.

7.Drive innovation and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the VN organization, encouraging creative solutions to operational challenges.

8.Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to anticipate opportunities and risks.

9.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory agencies.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations management or a related field
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in a leadership role overseeing business support functions
  • Possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of business operations and regulatory requirements, compliance standards and risk management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, drive process improvements, and deliver results
  • Proficiency in technology applications and systems relevant to administrative operations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance measurement
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
