About Our Client
Our client is a fintech launched in October 2017 in Argentina, to manage personal finances from an app and a card.
It operates with an international prepaid Mastercard and is the first free card on the market, with no issuance, renewal, maintenance and closing costs. It can be loaded by through third-party physical cash-in locations, from a bank account or virtual account. The card can be used to make purchases on any website or store in the world.
In addition, it offers the possibility of carrying out a wide variety of financial transactions such as transferring money, paying bills and loading balance on prepaid cell phones and transport cards.
From the application you can also track expenses through an analysis tool, apply for loans and invest in mutual funds.
Directly oversee daily operations, in partnership with the CEO and senior management, including growth and performance initiatives
Directly oversee International expansion efforts, Operations, and Administration, and partner with the CEO on achieving overall growth targets over the near term
Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
Maintain and build trusted links with executive team, investors and other key external stakeholders, including those in the financial services sector.
Participate, together with the CEO and executive team, in key meetings, communications, and presentations, both internal and external
The Successful Applicant
+ 10 years of business experience
Proven experience hyper-scaling organizations in Latin America
Experience managing financial products or similar (payment gateways, debit cards, loans and/or credit cards)
Excellent written and oral communication in Spanish and native English
Ability and willingness to learn quickly and get up to speed on all aspects of the company
