Our client is a leading Swiss Wealth Manager and MFO with strong presence in the local Swiss market and with clients in Europe.

Job Description

  • Oversee wealth management operations with a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset classes
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss financial regulations (FINMA)
  • Analyze financial data and key business metrics to support strategic decision making
  • Drive process optimization across operations, compliance, risk management and reporting functions
  • Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams with a strong focus on operations
  • Communicate effectively across all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators and board members
  • Identity and mitigate operational risks related to trading, compliance and financial processes
  • Ensure seamless integration of regulatory requirements into daily operations to maintain full compliance with industry standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in operations management within financial services
  • Proven track record in the management of the operations of a growing wealth manager, process optimization, digital transformation and risk management
  • Degree in Business Finance, Legal, Business Administration or a related field
  • Leadership experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing business processes, particularly in the areas of operations, compliance, risk management and reporting
  • Knowledge of Swiss financial market regulation, especially FINMA
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing business processes, particularly in the areas of operations, compliance, risk management and reporting
  • Supporting the auditor in preparing and completing the auditing process
  • Flexible and entrepreneurial personality. Able to multitask with strong communication skills and down-to-earth
  • Fluent in English and German. Fluent Italian is a big advantage
