Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex M&A agreements and related documents.
  • Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on M&A transactions.
  • Support clients with due diligence processes and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent client service.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the applicable state.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
