Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and support on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Conduct due diligence and identify potential risks in transactions.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to provide informed advice.
  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to the development of the legal team.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the firm's standards of professionalism and integrity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Strong expertise in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
