Job Description

The goal of the Country Head Belux is to reinforce the regional management team and accelerate the development of the company in Belux. The ambition is to develop a more agile organization with faster decision-taking process.

Main responsibilities in Belgium and Luxembourg:

  • Responsible for the portfolio in Belux
  • Launch, develop and manage the Sales and Operations
  • Define the strategy, drive the Business development, ensure a new speed of business growth for the region, promote more visibility in the country, and participate to potential acquisitions.
  • Lead, coach and coordinate teams of different levels of expertise, from technical to commercial.
  • Develop new partnerships by proposing action plans and identifying business opportunities in order to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Structure and ensure the recruitment's within the subsidiary.
  • Provide to the International Direction a clear vision to the activity and changes in the market.
  • Ensure analysis and competitive intelligence in the local market



The Successful Applicant

Minimum 10/15 years of related experience within an IT/digital consulting firm with a successful track record in business development. The ideal candidate should bring a strong knowledge of the markets and key contacts with decision makers in the Belux region.

  • English, French and Dutch. A non-dutch speaking candidate may be considered if he/she can prove a solid and successful experience in the Benelux market.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strategic vision.
  • Results oriented, Resilience and persuasive
  • High level of Energy, drive and passion to succeed
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
