Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the organisation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including all commercial and manufacturing functions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure sustainable growth and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements across the organisation.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to the board and senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Head should have:

  • A proven track record of leadership within the FMCG Food industry.
  • Be a Thai national willing to relocate to Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both commercial and manufacturing functions.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
