About Our Client

Our client is a series C funded, cross-border payments company headquartered in Southeast Asia. They offer a suite of API solutions focused on payments and FX risk. They continue to expand across the region, while also increasing their offering through very strategic M&A activities.

Job Description

  • Manage and run overall P&L and operations for Malaysia business (20-30pax)
  • Set strong culture within the local team of excellence across operations
  • Develop a clear commercial strategy for the growth of current clients as well as new logos in Malaysia
  • Develop best-in-class training to develop the team
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and proactive account management
  • Identify opportunities for product development through developing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, payments or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in the finance and payments sector, eFX / Digital FX Solutions Sales
  • Experience leading strong commercial and operations teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
