About Our Client
A Fintech MNC business that has managed to take advantage of a gap in the market to great effect in the past 10 years, with growth year on year.
Excellent product with market leading customer feedback that is now looking to further expand.
The Country Head - Philippines will report directly in to the Group CEO who is based out of the country.
An overview: you will lead the in-market team to deliver strategic, operational & organizational goals and represent that team within the group.
You will be the liaison person with the main offices and develop goals and policies and establish standard operating procedures that are in alignment with the organization's goals - including the need to service multiple time zones.
You will perform general management duties such as supervising staff, ensuring financial targets are met, maintaining and cultivating customer relationships, coordinating functions assigned to the region and executing on agreed strategies.
The Successful Applicant
