About Our Client

The brand is a high-end apparel with high rate of repeat business since high quality with decent price.

Job Description

- Provide strategic direction to lead the start up, growth and expansion of the brand in the US.

- Manage country specific Marketing and Public Relations to ensure the acceptance and growth of the Brand in the US.

- Ensure all aspects of brand's business operations including sales, marketing, store operations, real estate, finance and HR functions are conducted in accordance with the high standards of customer service within the specialty retail industry.

- Achieve operational excellence across merchandise presentation, plan-o-gram execution, and in-store customer experience while maintaining a cost focus.

- Provide direction for store operations to drive sales growth, maximize merchandise margin and focus on customer service.

- Drive a field-focused approach to products and services that produce customer value, beat the competition and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide input to the buying team to ensure localization of the merchandise assortment.

- Understand the real estate market and strategically negotiate site selection of new stores.

- Develop on-line business and related operations & communications

- Synergy interact with China Headquarters and represent the company in the US in the wider business environment to build appropriate relationships and increase the profile.

The Successful Applicant

- Overall brand management experiences with solid retail and luxury industry background, apparels is highly preferred

- New set up experiences is preferred

- Familiar with US local real estate with resources of good stores positions

- Can travel between China and US frequently

- Open to all nationalities, Chinese speaker is required
