Job Description
- Develop strategies and a business plan that targets to achieve sales growth
- Implement and approve the business plan, track key KPIs, and agree on changes
- Manage the company to ensure the annual financial results in accordance with targets
- Manage the company in accordance with the Law, and any other policies
- Implement the marketing plan in conjunction with the persons in charge and achieve the required number of new inquiries
- Closely oversee the performance of teams and leaders
- Manage and support the operation team with guidance to deliver projects in a timely manner
- Ensure all staff are issued with performance objectives appropriate to their roles and performance is reviewed regularly
- Recruit and support personnel, in accordance with directions provided globally and regionally
The Successful Applicant
- Relevant business qualifications and/or experience
- Engineering, Business degree
- General management experience including P&L responsibility
- Marketing and sales experience
- Communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
- High-level stakeholder management experience
