Job Description

  • Developing and executing the Hong Kong short, medium, and long-term strategy
  • Managing and growing the revenue P/L for Hong Kong
  • Expanding business opportunities and sales across retail and projects channels
  • Maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, developers and architects
  • Ensuring best in-class sales and after-sales service
  • Creating a marketing plan that is both practical and effective for the Hong Kong market
  • Hiring and developing commercial and technical talent
  • Creating a work environment focusing on enjoyment, passion and great work ethics

The Successful Applicant

  • A passion and drive to expand a business in the Hong Kong market
  • Well-developed sales and commercial skills; prior experience in revenue or P/L management is a must
  • Experience working with bathroom/kitchen/home product and key partners in retail and project development
  • A willingness to be hands-on and lead from the front when it comes to sales and relationship management
  • Experience managing a team and creating a positive work environment is key to this role
  • Very good command of Cantonese and English is required
