Job Description

  • Overseeing all business functions, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive profitable growth.
  • Identifying and executing strategies to enhance sales, cross-selling, go-to-market approaches, and strategic account management.
  • Assessing and improving technology and data infrastructure, including strategic partnerships.
  • Serving as a key executive team member, providing insights, leadership, and support on business strategy while modeling growth-oriented leadership.
  • Establishing a global network of industry experts and strategic collaborators.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Manager should have:

  • A proven track record in innovation and technology development within hardware, automation, and enterprise software or SaaS companies.
  • A blend of operational and commercial expertise, with experience in managing and launching B2B discrete manufacturing software solutions integrated with hardware across multiple industries.
  • Leadership experience overseeing a nationwide organization of 100+ employees.
  • The ability to craft and execute strategic plans effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese.
