The selected individual will assume full responsibility for the company's operations in Poland - with a significant impact on strategy, revenue growth, and the development of local structures.

Job Description

  • Full responsibility for the Country P&L, including management of revenues, margins, costs, and profitability at the national level
  • Strong focus on business growth through scaling operations, increasing market share, and expanding into new locations/segments
  • Ownership of sales development - building effective sales strategies, maximising conversion, and actively supporting sales teams
  • Defining and executing growth strategies while exceeding ambitious commercial targets
  • Building, inspiring, and developing the team with an emphasis on high performance and a culture of ownership and accountability
  • Implementing clear, measurable KPIs across the organisation and monitoring and optimising them on a monthly basis
  • Analyzing the local market, competition, and trends to ensure competitive offering and pricing
  • Ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience and identifying new sales opportunities (cross‑sell, upsell)
  • Expanding the network of locations and collaborating with business partners
  • Close cooperation with headquarters and regional teams: finance, legal, and IT
  • Representing the organization in the market - building senior‑level networks, gathering market intelligence, and creating new business opportunities
  • Reporting performance results and recommending strategic actions to HQ and the Global Management Board

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing operational and commercial activities in a high‑growth, large‑scale environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and executing growth strategies
  • Full P&L ownership at a country level or within a significant business unit
  • Strong leadership profile based on empowerment, accountability, and talent development
  • KPI‑driven mindset with the ability to make data‑based decisions
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills at senior management level and ability to represent the organisation externally
  • Experience in sales development and scaling operations will be a strong advantage
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, high initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience leading organisation through transformation and dynamic growth
  • Fluency in English
