Job Description

* Transform the commercial strategy by implementing a value-based selling approach and developing a high-performing sales culture focused on customer-centric solution-selling and providing best-in-class end-to-end service rather than price-driven negotiations
* Build and nurture a transparent, data-driven organisation with clear processes and open communication channels
* Take full P&L responsibility while establishing and implementing robust operational frameworks that support sustainable growth
* Actively participate in sales activities, personally driving account development and providing hands-on coaching to elevate the team's commercial capabilities
* Identify, attract, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
* Drive the establishment of the company's brand in Poland through strategic market positioning and strong customer relationships

The Successful Applicant

* Proven track record in P&L management (minimum 5 years) with demonstrated success in driving profitable growth
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in transforming sales organisations from price-focused to value-based selling
* Expertise in establishing and optimising operational processes in a service-oriented business
* Leadership style that emphasises transparency, accountability, and employee development
* Background in scaling organisations while maintaining operational excellence
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically
* Fluency in Polish and English
